Welcome to Polished At Home. These terms govern your use of our mobile beauty salon services and at-home manicures. By booking an appointment with us, you agree to these clear and simple guidelines.

2. Booking & The Home Environment

Our focus is strictly on mobile beauty salon services and providing professional treatments in the comfort of your own space. To ensure a wonderful and safe experience, we ask that you provide:

• A clear, stable table space for at-home manicures.
• Two comfortable chairs (one for you, one for our beauty professional).
• Access to adequate lighting and a power outlet.

We will bring all necessary professional tools, towels, and products required for your booked treatments.

3. Health & Safety

Your well-being is our highest priority. Please inform us of any allergies, medical conditions, or skin sensitivities when you book your appointment. Our beauty professionals maintain the strictest hygiene standards, thoroughly sanitizing all mobile salon equipment between every visit.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

We understand that schedules can change unexpectedly. If you need to cancel or reschedule your mobile beauty treatment, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may incur a fee to cover the reserved travel and booking time.

5. Payment Terms

Payment is collected upon the completion of your at-home appointment. We accept major credit and debit cards via our secure mobile card reader, as well as digital contactless payments. Prices are agreed upon at the time of booking.
